Deactivate a Dongle Free License (DFL)

De-activating a dongle free license (DFL) makes this license available for other machines in your company. You MUST deactivate a license before it can be activated on another machine.

Internet Access Requirements
In order to de-activate a DFL you must have internet access.

To deactivate a DFL license:

  1. Close SonarWiz, if open.

  2. Launch the CTI License Manager from the Windows Start Menu

  3. Click the De-Activate button.

  4. Click to Accept the privacy notice.

  5. Click Yes to confirm the deactivation process.

     

  6. You must see the message “License successfully deactivated”
