Resolving driver incompatibility resulting in Memory Integrity being turned off in Windows 11

If you have updated to Windows 11 have SonarWiz installed its possible you have seen this alert from Device Security notifying you that Memory Integrity in the Core Isolation is turned off due to incompatible drivers.

As of our 7.10.02 installer we have rectified the issue by adding the new drivers to the installer with SonarWiz but if you are using an older version you will need to download and install the Sentinel Dongle Driver from our website.

The 3 drivers that were incompatible are:

ftdibus.sys
SNTUSB64.SYS
SNTUSB64.SYS (listed a second time)

Instructions

  1. Open the Downloads page of our website. https://chesapeaketech.com/download-sonarwiz/

  2. Navigate to the Utilities section of the page and download the Sentinel Dongle Driver (version 7.7.1).

  3. Choose the Repair option in the Sentinel Dongle Driver wizard and install the drivers to the PC.

  4. Once you have the restarted the PC you should be able to turn Memory Integrity back ON without issue.
